Sofia is an experienced educator and curriculum designer with a background in educational studies and over a decade of experience supporting young learners across public schools, independent programs, and private education. Sofia’s approach integrates strong academic foundations with social-emotional development, movement, and embodied learning, supporting students in developing curiosity, confidence, and intellectual depth. Sofia specializes in early learners, has taught gifted and 2e children, and prepares pre-school children for kindergarten. She collaborates closely with families to design learning environments that honor each child’s unique strengths while maintaining high academic expectations. Sofia is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher for children and has studied yoga in India.
